On June 25th, we had some family over for our son's first Pool Party. A success, we would say. There were six of us swimming and we had a couple others come to visit as well. A family member and her boys were here from Michigan. Swimming probably lasted for 3 hours, all of which, Tyler spent in the pool. He has a shaded chair that floats. He isn’t old enough to swim around on his own, so one of us was always holding on to his raft. He had a blast. I joined the fun and spent most of my time in the water too.
Toward the end of the little get-together, I got Tyler out of the pool and Monica & her aunt from out of town received a text message that said that Michael Jackson had died. After getting some tortilla chips, I didn’t rush because we thought it was bogus, I flipped on the TV and tuned it to a news channel. At the time, he was being admitted to the hospital. No mention of him being dead. Her aunt texted her back, telling her what we saw and we watched as it slowly unfolded. It was rumored that he had died… The station verified his death. We were in disbelief. I thought about his recent court trial and the child molestation charges but like my wife says, they were probably just after his money and if anything did happen, you gotta blame the childrens' parents too.
I don’t know if he committed the crime but I loved his music, his moves and his videos. When I was a little boy, my mom says I used to do the Moonwalk. His Dangerous album was the first CD I purchased for myself and the 2nd CD I owned. He had so many hit songs. I personally will miss his music and his dancing but I won’t miss what he did to himself with all the plastic surgery. Does anyone like what he looked like at the end? He reminded me of a mouse. I shouldn’t bash his memory and speak ill of those that have passed. Michael, we will miss you.
You know, I usually wouldn't reply to such a bitter & evil person ... but, I do have one thing to say ... Pala is treating him just like your old work place treated you before becoming an alcoholic! And just to let you know ... I'm saving your comments for proof of defamation of character. You can't be posting lies about people without consequence! It's kinda funny that you once wanted to get a restraining order when my hubby wanted his furniture back ... & yet you're still the one trying to find him ... hmmmm It's been over 3 years ... grow up, get over it & move on!It's pretty pathetic!
